Special Projects

The Special Projects team is involved in major projects for the company and offers clients a “one stop shop” approach with a single point of contact. We are able to mobilise Nuttall’s national resources to provide the most experienced and relevant project teams and deliver the most cost effective solutions for clients.

Typical projects undertaken include the remediation and land reclamation scheme on the Greenwich Peninsula. This series of contracts converted a number of severely contaminated sites into usable land for future development using a variety of innovative techniques. Another scheme that was recently completed involved a complex bridge launch working in an environmentally sensitive area on the M1 motorway near Dublin as part of a new road construction programme.

Current projects include the first ECI [Early Contractor Involvement] project to upgrade the A500 in Stoke, the CTRL [Channel Tunnel Rail Link] project, contract CTRL 103 and the Barnstaple Western Bypass.
