Infrastructure Maintenance

Nuttall is undertaking a number of complex infrastructure maintenance programmes across the road, rail and waterways sectors in the U.K.

Working in partnership with Network Rail, Nuttall is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all structures in the southern zone. Typical work carried out in this area includes embankment stabilisation, tunnel repairs and bridge reconstruction.

Nuttall is a framework contractor for the Highways Agency and is undertaking major highways maintenance programmes in the S.E of England. In addition major work is currently underway on the Tinsley and Thelwall Viaducts to improve the performance and longevity of these assets.

Cheshire County Council has appointed Nuttall as its term highways contractor. The scope of the contract includes the provision of emergency cover, winter service, ground maintenance on the highway, provision of street lighting maintenance / renewals, road marking and safety schemes, bridge works and resurfacing.
